Return Policy

We are confident you will love your new Yulong Guo guitar, but want you to rest assured that you may return any instrument to us for any reason.  Once you receive your instrument, you have 48 hours to approve it.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me directly at 813.961.9167.  On the off chance you opt to return a guitar to us, you may ship it back to us fully insured via FedEx.  Instruments must be returned in the same condition they have been sent with no damage or blemish of any kind.  Once we have inspected your instrument, we will issue a refund of the purchase price minus the shipping to your location.  Your satisfaction is our highest priority.
